  • No order processing or shipping takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Standard delivery within India takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions. We will ensure timely updates in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected products or order values during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (where applicable).

  • You can use this link to track your order in real time.

5. Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure your address and contact information are accurate while placing the order.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed with hygiene and safety standards to retain freshness and avoid damage.

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India. International shipping will be announced soon.
